- Vendor Space with Electricity - $150.
- Vendor Space without Electricity - $125.
- If needed: Temporary Retail Sales Permit ($10. separate application fee applies)
- Promotional Sign Option -18” x 24” Sign - $100
Promotional Signs will be placed near the bandstand & throughout the park

NFI will provide each vendor with space, two 8-foot tables & 2 folding chairs. Electricity provided if requested. Water provided to all. Please make check payable to Newport Festa Italiana & mail payment, a signed copy of this agreement & photocopy of Vendor’s R.I. Retail Sales Permit to Newport Festa Italiana, P.O. Box 3663, Newport, R.I. 02840 on or before September 1, 2023. For more information contact Diane McCaffrey at 401-683-4378. Weather Permitting: If NFI deems the weather forecast to be unsafe or extreme, participants will be notified of cancellation 24 hours in advance by telephone or email.
Vendor agrees to the following terms & conditions: 1. Event runs from 11:00am to 5:00pm. Set up time is 9:00am to 10:30am. Event organizers will direct Vendor to specific site. After unloading, vehicles must be parked in legal spaces. 2. Collect & retain all monies, receipts, accounts and pay all appropriate R.I. sales taxes. Event organizers will collect sales taxes from OUT OF STATE vendors before they leave the park. 3. Display signs that depict Vendor’s name & prices of all products. Signage subject to NFI approval. 4. Assume sole & exclusive responsibility for operations including the safety of patrons & the conduct of employees & volunteers of the Vendor’s booth. 5. Maintain the cleanliness of the booth site at all times. Upon the completion of business, leave the booth site & immediate surrounding area clean. NFI will provide trash bags & receptacles & will dispose of the trash at the end of the day. 6. Indemnify & hold harmless for any & all claims arising from set up, operation, & break down of the booth & the conduct of any person employed or representing the Vendor.

Come join in the fun of Newport Festa Italiana’s 29th annual Festival in the Park. Be a Vendor! This year’s event will take place on Saturday, September 30, 2023 from 11:00am to 5:00pm in Touro Park on Bellevue Avenue in Newport, R.I. The event features continuous live music, singing, dancing, great food, activities for children, and vendors from Newport and beyond.
Enjoy the sounds of the Italian folk band Calabria Bella as well as the talented young singer Jake Kambo. Play bocce in the park. Eat Doughboys! Share in the community camaraderie. There’s something for everyone!
Adding to the excitement, our Festival in the Park event coincides with the Audrain Car Museum’s “Concours & Motor Week” which draws thousands of people to Newport and takes place on Bellevue Avenue near Touro Park. Pedestrian traffic will be heavy.
We hope that you will consider participating as a vendor or by contributing a promotional sign in support of this year’s event. All proceeds from this event help to support activities that showcase Italian and Italian-American heritage and culture. Families of all nationalities are welcome.
