Dear Vendor,
Newport Festa Italiana is moving its 30 th annual Festival in the Park from Touro Park, Newport to the grounds of the Vasco da Gama Fenner Ave. Hall at 15 Fenner Avenue, Newport. This new venue arrangement will allow us to hold the festival outdoors in good weather and indoors if it’s inclement.  
The Italian Festival will offer the same entertainment and activities as at the park: the Italian folk band Calabria Bella, Italian novelties, Italian food vendors, the addition of a bar, assorted Italian products; artisan vendors, children’s activities, Italian doughboys, raffle baskets, etc.

Vendor needs:

NFI will provide each vendor with a 10x10 foot space, two 8-foot tables & 2 folding chairs. Electricity provided if requested. Applications must be submitted no later than September 18, 2024. NFI will contact accepted vendors on a rolling basis. Space is limited. For more information contact Diane McCaffrey at 401-683-4378. This is a rain or shine event. Vendors will be moved indoors in the event of inclement weather.

Vendor agrees to the following terms & conditions: 1. Event runs from 11:00am to 3:00pm. Set up time is 9:00am to 10:30am. Event organizers will direct Vendor to specific site. After unloading, vehicles must be parked in legal spaces. 2. Display signs that depict Vendor’s name & prices of all products. Signage subject to NFI approval. 3. Assume sole & exclusive responsibility for operations including the safety of patrons & the conduct of employees & volunteers of the Vendor’s booth. 4. Maintain the cleanliness of the booth site at all times. Upon the completion of business, leave the booth site & immediate surrounding area clean. NFI will provide trash bags & receptacles & will dispose of the trash at the end of the day. 5. Indemnify & hold harmless for any & all claims arising from set up, operation, & break down of the booth & the conduct of any person employed or representing the Vendor.
